The program of the event included a debate dedicated to the significance of culture in the development of neighborly cooperation in the framework of the Eastern Partnership Initiative. An important part of the symposium were workshops aiming at developing concrete forms of cooperation as well as solutions for culture policy making. The workshops have been conducted by the representatives of the Borderland Foundation and “Borderland of Arts, Cultures, Nations” Centre, the Culture Workshops from Lublin and Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. Moreover, the program of the symposium included a presentation of the Second Culture Congress in Lublin and a launch of the “Handbook of Dialogue” published by the Borderland Foundation and the East Poland House in Brussels.
The meeting was aimed at creating a platform for cooperation and experience exchange in the area of culture projects dedicated to the Eastern Partnership countries.
