Dilemma is co-organised by non-governmental organisations from Central Europe.
The Wes and the Rest was focussed on the recent challenges that have appeared after the full scale invasion of Russia on Ukraine.
The speakers included Marci Shore, Volodymyr Yermolenko, Iva Pezuashvili and Krzysztof Czyżewski.
Krzysztof Czyżewski pointed at the deficit of trust among people. As it was put by him, people should be treated seriously and trusted that they should be serious partners.
The most courageous ideas can be implemented on trust, Krzysztof said.
Volodymyr Yermolenko underlined that in our world there is too much emphasis on victimhood: Our narrative should be 19th century: the narrative of liberation, of the spring of the nations; not the narratives of the victims.
Marci Shore and Iva Pezuashvili summarized the current situation in the USA and Georgia.
