The Borderland at the Asian Literary Festival in Brussels

Cafe Europa in Brussels

The Borderland is happy to be present at the special event in Brussels which will open a window to the world, supporting cosmopolitanism and intercultural dialogue.

Join us for a captivating literary evening that crosses borders!
On 4 October, from 18:00 to 21:00, at the historic Galerie Bortier, the Asian Literary Festival in Brussels presents Café Europa – a travelling literary salon reviving the spirit of 19th-century coffeehouses, where ideas sparked revolutions and cultures beautifully collided.

Meet poets and writers from across continents – including A.D. Capili, Merdan Ehet’éli, Weronika Czyżewska-Poncyljusz, Pramudith D Rupasinghe, Katja Knežević, Iryna Vikyrchak, Monika Herceg, Julia Fiedorczuk, Mikołaj Poncyljusz, and Andriy Lyubka – as they share poetry, creative manifestos, and intimate conversations, all accompanied by live music.

Galerie Bortier, Rue de la Madeleine 55, 1000 Brussels

Take a seat at our tables. Sip, listen, connect. Let’s refine the art of dialogue together.
