Harutyun Marutyan was working and living in Sejny and Krasnogruda. His residence is the result of the Bordeland’s cooperation in the DisTerrMem project.
The main focus of Marutyan’s scholarly work is the genocide of the Armenian people. He also studied the issue of the transformations of national identities , contemporary nationalist movements, traditional Armenian culture and poverty.
Krzysztof Czyżewski hosted the meeting with Harutyan Marutyan on 3 November in the Old Yeshivah building.
