Oleh Kotzarev is a writer, translator and journalist. He was born in 1981 in Kharkiv and lives in Bucha.
So far he has published a few books of poetry and one novel.
In Krasnogruda, where he is staying between 9 February and 8 March, he will be working on translating Czeslaw Milosz and his new poetry book.
