Both the Centre and the Borderland share the belief that it is indispensable to foster interest in social and local history so that we can better understand the past and the present. The Borderland has always been fond of the movement that supported social archives.
The experience that the Borderland has gathered since its establishment is the value that should be passed on to all that wish to learn about maintaining local and social history.
The delegation from Warsaw got to know what kind of educational and artistic practices have been developed in Krasnogruda and Sejny.
In order to facilitate the exchange of experience the Borderland prepared a special programme for the Warsaw guests.
