Michael Nevins who lives and works in New York is famous for Voices from the Bialystok Ghetto wrote an essay about the Borderland.
In his essay he focused on a few key-issues that are important in order to understand what is essential for the foundation.
Nevin's essay briefly touches on the history of the manor in Krasnogruda and on what practically is done by the people who can be named as the Borderlanders.
